Laptop-related problem

When I switch on my HP laptop it goes to "automatic repair/recovery" followed by a blue screen and an "error on recovery" message. The processor is corei7.  Is there a way in which I can still recover my documents?

Thank you.

Hi ! This can happen if your RAM memory is damged. If it's the case, you can try to remove one of the memory card you have (usually you have two) and then switch the computer on again. It would be slower until you replace it but it might work. If it doesn't, try tu put it back and remove the other one. The memory is easily accessible, you must have a symbole showing you which plastic cover to remove from the back to access it. If this doesn't work, don't worry, I'm sure the hard drive is still fine, you can remove it and plug it in an external USB hard drive case to have all your documents.
