Lasagna, sans bechamel
long ago we had a thread here where locals at a  market  badgred a member buying ingredients for a lasagna.  the point was her purchase of ricotta.   recent tests have found that ricotta at lesser amounts in fact perfectly binded the dish in question  thus eliminating the need for the napleaonic displays of itself in a bechamel sauce of blahh..  recipe upon request.
