Need to register for the long term Permis du Travial, I thought I should be able to find the form online however my best efforts have failed to unearth it. Much appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction??

Other than geneva You need to check out with the commune where you live. e.g. for Lausanne here (just call them) http://lausanne.ch/en/lausanne-officielle/administration/sports-integration-et-protection-population/controle-des-habitants.html

Your employer is the one who will be filling out the paperwork so that you might obtain a B permit:
