I have an issue with my kindergarten in the Geneva area, which I don't think they are handling appropriately. I would like to talk to a lawyer to see what is the best course of action.
Any suggestions/recommendations?

Bonjour Diego.
I recommend Mr. Dan Fuochi because he is recommended by a friend as a good lawyer and that friend has already got his legal services.
He also speaks good English and I believe, from as much as I know him, that he can guide you to another specialist if your issue is not in his field.
You know that it's a little risky to recomend someone; check yourself of course!
I hope that you will resolve the issue easily with or without a laywer!
