I have a beautiful leather messenger bag, but the fasteners securing the straps are falling apart. The straps themselves are still intact, but they need to be refastened (more securely this time). Does anyone have any idea where I might get this done? As always in Geneva, less-expensive options are especially welcome!

Try the Cordonneries de Longemalle, 7 place Longemalle, Geneva. The workshop is in rue des Vollandes in Eaux-Vives.
They repair, inter alia, damaged luggage for airlines and others.
