Living in Geneva working in Lausanne

I thought I knew the answer to this but just in case can I get some opinions.

If I am living in Geneva with a permit B resident waiting for the C probably next year. If I get a job offer in Lausanne how does it work? If I still live in Geneva do I have to change my permit? Do I pay taxes in Geneva or in Vaud? How about the Allocation familial and the AVS? So are my Geneva expenses tax deductable in Vaud?

Eventually I will probably move to Lausanne but not for the next 1 year or so. Anyone with the experience?

I worked for a company in Zug but lived in Geneva with a Permit B. The Permit B was produced by Geneva offices, and I paid taxes in Geneva (unfortunately)...
