Location for 30th birthday party

Hello to all,

I am celebrating my 30th birthday on the 9th of October.

I would like to make quiet an event of it, however I am having trouble finding a location.

Ideally I would like to:
1. Not have any "noise level" restrictions
2. Party until sunrise (i.e. Not a residential area)
3. Self-cater (music and food)
4. Have it somewhere in or around Geneva/Carouge, or near a train station near a surrounding city or community (Nyon/Coppet/Gland/St-Julien)

I would be very appreciative if anyone had some ideas or experiences to share. Refuges in the Jura are out as they don't normally have electricity, and would require me hiking for 2 hours with a stereo system on my back (!)

But some conservatory, or hall or rec centre that is part of a commune that can be rented would be ideal.

Rent is not a problem. And neither is having to drive miles to get there (I can organize that for the guests).

Thanks for your help

Mark
