I can't answer your question, but I'd love to meet your pup when you get one. I left my cavalier in Canada while I'm here, and I miss her daily. I tried to talk to a couple who were walking one one day, but I think I scared them. Damn language barrier.

Sorry to say that I don’t know of any Swiss or French breeders of King Charles Cavaliers, but some years back a friend told me that there it was better to import these dogs from Britain, so perhaps you could check out the UK kennels.  The import formalities are the same as for France.

I do happen to know, though, that the UK is also a better source for certain other breeds, such as fox terriers, for example.
