Hello everyone,

I am looking for English/French speaking real estate agents in South of Spain (Malaga, Valencia, etc.), as I want to buy a property there. I have done some research and contacted several agencies, but only few of my emails have been replied to and in a month. So I would really appreciate if anybody can give me contacts of agents who work with foreigners, and who would agree to communicate via email, to make some kind of a short list, before I go to Spain to visit.

Also, if anybody who had experience in buying a property in Spain, could tell me what can the comission of the agency be. I have been told very different amounts by different agencies: from 0% (they really do not charge comission) to 7% of the property price, or EUR 3000, so I am quite confused by this.
