Hi,

I am looking for Legal advice in Geneva on the matter of permits in Switzerland but also EU / EFTA countries. I am Austrian with a C permit in Switzerland and my girlfriend is American previously living in Geneva but now being back in the US. So there are many questions: should we get married in the US, Switzerland or Austria? What are the lead times? What are the costs? and more more questions. 

I do speak French however I apprecate if we can receive the Legal advice in English since my vocabulary is limited on such Legal matters :).
