In English? I think you have to contact a private university.

Don't worry, Ritchie - you'll only need one hand!!
Well, could one bloke in a hand be worth two in a bush?
I am starting bachelors this year in economics and business related field. Private Unis here are quite expensive (starting from 20,000 to 30,000 chf a year). The one I may be looking at, would be european business school or webster. Ubis offers a scholorship. If you work for an international organization, like my father, you would receive a direct 25% off your tution fee, else you can go for the 50% one which is only for students with a GPA of 3.3 or more (roughly 75% and above). Open university, both the swiss one and the UK one, is also an option to consider, being affordable.
My advice would be to send her to one of the neighbouring EU countries (Italy, Netherlands, Belgium) for her to complete her bachelors from a good uni and then apply for local unis for masters as they are taught in english.

I know a great program in Annecy in France. It is only 35 mn commmuting and they have an accommodation office if you want to stay there. It is a beautifull market town with canals and a lake! A private Business school, called IPAC (they are quite reknown in France I believe) offers a third year bachelor in English. They do a semester of academic courses with specialists in their fields as professionals and who are still in activity. The second semester offers a long period workplacement… A friend of my son did it and really loved It. It was a small and friendly international group and the staff were very helpful.
You can check the website of the course: http://www.ipac-france.com/formation/bachelor/international-business-studies-with-marketing.html

Well, I suppose it does all depend on what was meant and how it was understood.
Take care anyway.
