Hi, My Boss and his wife will be visiting Montreaux and has suggested we meet for dinner. Can someone recommend a good restaurant with French, Italian or refined Swiss cuisine. Moderate to slightly-less-than-Outrageous pricing prefered. They will have been in Chamonix for a week so I suppose they have had fondu. Also the bosses wife doesn't eat red meat so an empasis on fish dishes might be nice but not required. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, that one appears on top of the google search so I am leaning towards it. But I thought there would be more restaurants given Montreux's tourist status.

yes, but given your budget retrictions........
the Hermitage in clarens is at the top of quality and a Michelin star no less.
