we were thinking about getting a cleaning personal for our 80 m2 apartment, but we have never employed someone for us before, therefore we would like to know: 

1.) What price range per hour is normal here?

2.) What should I as a potentially employer of someone here in Geneva pay attention to regarding a work contract? or what are the most commonly used ways of dealing with cleaning personal in Geneva?
