Try Pizza San Marco in Eaux-Vives. For me, it's the best in Geneva.

I don't claim its the best pizzeria in Geneve but I've never been disappointed. Especially good in the summer with the tables by Place de la Synagogue. Recommend the penne siciliana but make sure you're hungry before hand as it's extremely generous.

Look for the noisy table at lunch and you'll see us. We're part of the furniture now

i would heartily recommend sole mio on blvd carl vogt if you like your pizza 'hearty'. it is the puffy dough variety and is quite filling. i usually take half of it home to eat the next day...and they don't mind providing take out boxes. however if you plan to go on a saturday night think of getting there early or booking a table if it's allowed, it's always super crowded for good reason.

On Rue des Paquis. Open late, which is also nice.

Cozy, friendly, and yes open late... All winning reasons to try the pizza or pasta or big honking bowl of salad...
But the most important reason for trying it, the best thin crust pizza in town...
Be prepared for a bit of a wait to get in, but Camilo the Manager generally will make sure that you get a drink while you wait.
Bon app.

The two of us arrived(sat eve) at 7.50 without reservation. Were placed at a table that ,as they told us ,was reserved for a big group at 9.00, but we knew we could easily handle a pizza in that time. When I noticed a large group gathering outside before 8.30(and me not even halfway my gorgonzola pizza(by the way nothing wrong with the food) I started to get worried. Our waitress then put the bill on the table at 8.40( me still at least a quarter away from the end of the pizza).I explained to her that we were told 9.00 and that I wasnt finished yet(pretty obvious). When the group started to sit down around us I lost my sense of humour. The waitress said that we could move our 'leftovers' to another table(no help offerred).
I spoke to the manager, but he was not interested and when he started to answer his mobile in the middle of my 'chat' with him I was close to walking out without paying. They should have dealt with the issue in a professional manner: move our food for us to another table and offer us a glass of wine. We would have been happy. Now we are not . They certainly wont see us there again. Enough other good pizza places nearby in Eau-Vives!
