Looking for kefir grains in Geneva

Hi i m looking for kefir grain for milk, if someone has some to share.


I am also curious to try to do my own Kumbucha, if anyone can give me some advice ?

Hi Barara, I just saw this a bit late. I do not have kefir or scoby but I can give you advice for the kombucha process, I used to make my own. Probably you now know very well the process.

Hi!


Might not be what you're looking for, but that's how I make mine (tried many times and works perfectly):


- small cup of kefir (I get it at Migros)


- bottle of full-fat milk


- combine the two in a container, cover with a breathable cloth and leave in room temperature for a day or so, then transfer to fridge when you're happy with the result!


 


As for kombucha, I've always used this recipe: https://www.sorsakombucha.com/pages/brewing-instructions
