Hi Kelvin
Pity you are in Geneva, around Basel there are a few IT Groups who are also on web apps. As there are so many groups around, our Group meets once a month and discuss the new developments for a lot is changing on that section. On the other hand I attend 3 different IT Groups and its always fun amongst the likeminded. These groups usually create something, amongst themselves, it can be 5 people on 1 project, I mean you know the rest, they usually share the job.
why dont you check the meetup in Geneva, its possible that there are a few groups already, as I cant imagine that there are none.
Good luck
