I have a very interesting renaissance recipe for a rosebud salad. To make it I need... unsurprisingly... rosebuds. So I am now on the hunt for un-sprayed rosebuds. Does anyone know of an organic flower grower in the Swiss Romande area?

I believe there is an organic market at St. Jean on Thursdays -- now, where in St. Jean, I don't exactly know. And it just occurred to me that you might ask at the health food store in Eaux Vives, a couple of feet away from La Scala. I would love to hear about the recipie. :cool:
