you are my last hope:

I'm trying to transfer Whatsapp (the chats) from my old phone to a new one, but after signing in on the new phone, only my GROUPS appear on the new phone (not the individual contacts). I transfered the actual WA file from the old to the new phone, the transfer chat option does not work because the old phone is too old - nothing works. I wanted to delete WA from the new phone and re-install but that doesnt seem to work either.

Any ideas?
