I accidenly dropped my permit down a the drain on the street! It is looong gone.
I have one of the new electric ones. Do you know what form I need to download from the internet to order a new one?

Yes its definitely the Office Cantonal de la Population in Onex.
But usually you can download all the forms and do it by post to skip the lines. For example to renew the Permit B I downloaded form M.
Maybe I just have to line up tho!

You can download the form but you do need to go in person, and your pocket will be 65 francs lighter:
