I thought that I would draw upon the collective knowledge of GoL (glocal??) and see if there are any alumni of ESADE or those that have some thoughts/comments on the school. I´ve been accepted for the 18 month program (which starts in 2 weeks!) so I have a very short time to make a decision. My main other options are HEC in Paris and IMD in Lausanne. Both have accepted my "pre-application" but I would have to turn down the ESADE offer before obtaining a decision from the other two schools.
Feel free to contact me via a personal message if you would feel more comfortable.
Cheers,
Matt

ESADE is a great school and Barcelona is a beautiful city, so the experience may be quite invigorating. However, as a program, IMD is the best choice as far as career openings, it will take you to places like Mckinsey and BCG, almost the very basis of all MBA theory. It depends what you are looking for, a great school in an inspiring city, hence ESADE or a real career takeoff, then IMD. Further, if you choose IMD, your program is 6 months shorter...
