Seems there are 2 popular options:
1.Le manuel "Naviguez dans les eaux suisses" - 89 Fr
2. BOATDRIVER - Livre de théorie: Bateau à moteur cat. A / Bateau à voile cat. D (f) - 34,90 CHF
Could anyone recommend which one is the better option?

Both are OK but I'd use number 1 as it contains the official questions and they use the same images in the exam. you also get a code you can use to practice your exam online.
