Hello,
I should start by saying that I don't know swiss traffic rules. But, using basic logic, and knowing other countries road rules, I should assume that the Bike Lane is for bikes, as the word suggest.
And motorbikes should follow the same rules as cars.
Is it normal that Motorbikes are always on the Bike lane? Why the police does never say anything nor fine them?
This is risky for bikers, as motorbike always just jump into the bike lane whenever they gut stack in traffic, and most of the time you have to queue behind few of them, while your bike lane sign is green, and of course (thanks god they follow at least this rule), they don't move, waiting for the green light for the cars.
Happens so many times that I have to miss my green light, just because they want to be in the front.
Am i unware of some laws? Opinions?
