Hello everybody, some of us here are scientist or in his/her way of the scientific filed (master, phD, postdoc) working in research either in Academia or industry. I have a question or concern how easy to move from Academia to industry is any of you had such move, would you like to share your experiences with me. Personally I am in academia ( life science researcher) from some time and I am interested in move to industry for different reasons but in some how I am hesitated as am I afraid from lose my freedom in the creativity and also I have no experience in industry, I would like to hear from you topics open for discussion.
