Hello Everyone

I have completed my Master's degree in Information Technology in E-business from VM Institut Superier, Geneva in 2014. On the basis of my Master's Degree I have applied permit under The Green Card Scheme for Denmark. The Danish Ageny for Higher Education done assessement of my education qualification and sent me a letter stating that they will not consider my Master's degree as Swiss qualification, as VM Institut Superier is certified by Eduqua but both are not publicly recognised and acceridated as higher education institute by swiss government. Hence, I cannot claim the points for my degree to get permit. Points for education is 60% of the total points required to meet the requirement under the scheme. 

I have drafted a mail twice to my institute but there is no response from their end. I have invested my 2 years and spent lot of money to get this degree. I am very stressed as Danish immigration authority ask me to provide the supporting documents or information by 14 JULY 2016, else they will make the decision on the report of the assessement done by them.

Need your assistance / legal advise regarding the same on priority.
