We have just rented a house through a regie in Geneva. I received a letter from them yesterday with quotation requests to different companies for the maintenance cost of the house boiler, pipes, roof and garden. They also said we, as the tenants, would have to pay for the cost. With my previous experience, the tenants should take care of the garden, but the rest should be the responsibility of the house owner. Is it different in Switzerland? Can anyone out there help?
