I need help! I need someone who can place up to sit down and just talk French with me. I think French is difficult but I have to learn quickly.someone who is bored in the days and want to find a new friend.
Thanks,
Michelle

Borrow comic books in one of the Bibliothèques municipales or read them there.
Watch a lot of French speaking movies with French subs.

You may also want to consider one of the many schools - or a Rosetta Stone online course. If you think it's hard and need to learn quickly, you will probably want an experienced teacher. This way, you'll also learn the right sort of French. (Think of how there are many styles and variations of English speech; it would be pretty easy to choose a speaking partner and not realize that his/her English is ungrammatical or colloquial.)
While you're looking, be sure to match the teaching style with your learning style (i.e. do you tend to learn better by listening, speaking, writing, understanding structural elements?).
Watching movies in French (subtitled) or even the opposite way could also be helpful.
Bonne chance!
