I heard and read that the National Council has agreed to amend the Federal Act on Foreign Students to facilitate the integration in the Swiss labor market. Same still need to be approved by the Council of States (?? don't know if those are the right names in English) 

It seams that parliamentary initiative and now National Council agreed to do three major legislative changes to facilitate admission of foreign graduates of a Swiss university. 

A. The exception to the principle of priority for Swiss nationals and EU: The exception to the principle of the priority given to indigenous workers and the EU set for third-country nationals who hold a university degree in Switzerland in employment which are of scientific interest and / or economic role. 

B. The deadline for international students in order to stay in Switzerland after their studies.

C. Taking into account the years of study for licensure C.

Does anyone know if thats really approved? and as from when it will apply?
