Ok Ok, I hear you all, and here's the action we're taking, cos we're all about pleasing our members:

1. Deano1uk is banned from glocals for life, for suggesting that people are sick of my pic. 

2. Yaron, Charlie, and Poster are also banned (we'll expel them to a little known site called facebook) for not sticking up for me. 

OK, seriously: even I'm sick of seeing my pic up there, and we'll change it this week. Anyone volunteering to put together a new collage? We just want a collage of pics from glocals activities, so new comers get a quick feel of what we're about. Ideally, Deano1uk & Yaron will also be in the collage, to demonstrate that looks don't matter to us.

I seem to remember sitting in a doctor's waiting room a couple of years ago and leafing through some previous editions of L'Hebdo.  There was an article about expats and I came across a stunning photo of a nearly naked Nir!  I think the numbers of female members on the site shot up dramatically... Does anyone have that photo?

I can confirm that Nir does actually exist, but that he does not in any way resemble his bizarre profile pic. I have seen him in the gym. He arrives, does 2 sets of 6 chest presses on the remedial machine whilst looking at women, then retires to the wet area clutching a bottle of ball-sack shampoo..

I've never met "Nir" either... this one time he signed up for an MMA training where I was. I saw a guy there who looked like his picture but it couldn't have been him, he was running around screaming like a little girl.

This other time at a dance class, same guy was spinning in a tutu. Damn impersonators.
