Can someone please advise, I was looking into buying a property beginning of the year but nothing came out of it due to Covid 19, the seller had a notaire email me some paperwork and noo the notaire sent me a bill (CHF 3000) for a sales contract, even though we never agreed to anything, nor did I sign anything. Am a liable for this bill?
