Well, I had few experiences with this Notary and I must say that this guy is a real catastrophy. Some of my relatives have even closed their relationship with José-Miguel Rubido as he is so slow minded and cares a lot about details while he forgets the main issues. And he will also charge you a lot. So, if you want a real good Notary, don't make business with this guy.

Maybe he tried to speak to you in english but he will always go back to french.

To be fair he prepares all documents in order, it is just the languange barier, if a client prefers the communication in english he is not the best to deal with.
