If you want to choose a Bank, negociate a contract with insurance, for real estate, and investment ... you can have only one intermediate: OVB - which is a European group.
For free, they can make a financial bilan. They come at your home for free and make a bilan. In exchange, you have to give them some names of people who would like to have a finacial bilan.
Eg: you can talk about the best solution for your 3e pilier.
If you fill like knowing more about this, just mail me via the genevaonline mail function to airnoon.
Having a financial bilan, and knowing how you are going to invest your money is important.
Even if some banks have this kind of service.

... But i doubt it's really a great advice to give to GoL'ers (especially if you're working for them).
I started my career there, and there are obviously some good things, but there are also many bad ones in such a company, mainly the lack of formation of the people you may meet and the fact they are much more trying to sell products than to advise it's customer...
At least, the swiss boss is a great guy.
