If you need a translation of a document for official purposes you will have to find a translator who is certified to do this work and pay the officially fixed charge. Any other translation will not be accepted.
One way of finding a certified translator is to contact the Geneva Association of Translators and Interpreters who can give you names of their qualified members.
Alternatively try the University School of Interpretation and Translation.
