No, it does have 4 legs. The longest 2 sticks are the back legs and the seatback. The 2 sticks nearest to the man are the front legs. The other 3 sticks are for connecting laterally the legs (2 sticks) and the seatback (1 stick). The rest is for the seat and the back.
