I have an outstanding fine from Sep 2024 and I lost the ticket. How do I pay the fine+incurred fees even though I don't have the original ticket no? Also will it come up if I apply for a new visa?

go to one of the tpg agencies in Geneva and ask advice there.
Take with you any documentation if they have given you any./sent you any.

The problem is I'm currently overseas and won't be back for a while. Would they still provide the information through the phone?

ask details you need for payment.. their IBAN bank details for example to give to your bank , or if you can pay by credilt card and how..
..what else they suggest...?

Maybe you have friends here, you can give an authorization letter to transact for TPG ticket fine so that person can go to the TPG office for you.
