Hi!
Last Saturday while I was roller blading at the lake embankment I got
a fine because of bad parking. I had left my car on the parking with
this sign: http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/4200/parkingn.jpg
So why did I get it? It was non-working day therefore the parking should be free, shouldn't it?

Saturday is a "jour ouvrable" as all shops are open...
