Hello :-)
We are considering to hire a nanny part-time by ourselves. We have found much information regarding the legal and tax issues if you hire someone full-time, but little when it comes to our situation. We will only hire someone from september to february, therefore it would be great not to pay for services that would be good value if you hire someone long-term or administrative services that require to pay for minimum a year.
As we understand by now -if we pay less than 21 060 CHF per year, we don´t have to pay the pension, right? We would no matter what have to pay for AHV/AVS insurance and non-ocupation accident insurance, correct? There are still so many things that we are uncertain about -e.g. the salary slip and how to make that. If anyone could share some information and experiences we would very much appreciate it!
Kind regards,
Eugenia
