Hard to believe: the UK government [along with other EU states probably] are thinking of raising the pensionable age to 66 within the next few years. Outrage from the unions and individuals. Me, I am now receiving a pension and would love to work: only problem is, would-be employers take one look at my age and automatically dismiss the candidate without even knowing what I am capable of.
