Big fan of Billy Conolly (when he was still a comedian), Chris Rock (every stand-up performance is a masterpiece of delivery), Edde Izzard (I remember when he wasn't funny yet), Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld (both underrated as stand-ups), Lee Mack and Sean Lock.
However: my top two would be Frankie Boyle, because he just doesn't know what boundaries are, and the sadly departed Mitch Hedberg (see attached video) because of his strangely charming delivery and his unique mind. I think he would have been really big by now.
