Just to warn people about a cowboy plumbing company here in Geneva - please do not EVER use Armando Perrina & Fils in Chene-Bourg (or do so at your own risk!).

Long story, but basically the work they did in July 2011 was shoddy, and I did not agree with the invoice. I called them several times and was told the owner would call me back. He never did, so I sent a registered letter of complaint. They never replied to that either, and I heard nothing more until now (18 months later!!) when I received a letter from a debt collector, basicallly threatening me with legal action if I do not pay the bill. I probably don't have a leg to stand on and will end up paying the bill, but I just think it's ridiculous that companies can get away with this and don't even need to explain or justify how much they charge. I know customer service in this country sucks, but after 11 years here, this takes the biscuit.
