Hello everybody!
I’m a ski instructor living in Nyon and working in Verbier during the winter. I wanted to create a group for sharing a chalet/apartment for the season (1st of December to end of April).
4 years ago one of my friend created a group here on Glocals, and I had a great experience sharing a really nice chalet with 6 persons from Geneva and Lausanne. We spent lot if time on the slopes, had some great after skis and parties, dinners and so on. We didn’t know each other at the beginning but became friends after that.
It was perfect for a short escape during the weekend if you want to disconnect from your work and from the foggy weather in town.
The prices are between 3’500 CHF to 5’000 CHF per person for the whole season, depending which apartment or chalet we can find. If you don’t want to rent the whole winter there is the possibility to share the rent with someone else, then you could come every 2 weeks. Usually the schedule for the rent is 1/2 has to be paid the 1st of December and the balance end of January.
I’m visiting a chalet on Wednesday, for 4 persons (2 double bedrooms, 1 living room, terrasse, separate kitchen, no pets, no smoking, very central). Depends how fast you are answering me, but it could be a good deal already.
Few words about me : I’m a quiet, tidy and respectful girl, looking for some cool and interesting chalet mates. I know Verbier pretty well now, so if you need any advices for skiing or things to do in the resort I’m looking forward to help you ;) I do lot of sport, skiing, climbing, windsurfing. I like cooking, which is pretty good for a flat mate ;)!
