Poor TV reception with Swisscom. Any tips?

Hi there Glocals,

we live in Charmilles / Servette area of Geneva, and get really pretty poor TV service - channels lose sound, screens freeze, or we lose the picture all together. And advice? Swisscom can't offer any help or solutions.

Used to have the same problem using the wireless receivers....I now use the cable, & have no issues.

The problem is usually due to the volume of wireless networks in the area cause too much 'noise' and disrupt the signal.
