Portable washer that doesn't require a hookup

Hi there,

I need to get a compact washing machine but there's no hookup in the apartment!  Does anyone know where I can find a compact, portable washing machine that can be hooked up to the sink?  Can anyone recommend a good brand for it?

Thank you!

any washing machine can be hooked up to the sink's faucet/tap. just go to hornbach and take the taps's final connector with you and ask for the fitting. that is what i have done. the water output hose from the washer can be simply put in the sink or down the hole. i have a "candy" washing machine. but any brand will work

I had to make the connection under the sink (this required some plumbing changes).  I never found a "quick disconnect" system that would allow me to simply hook-up to the faucet.

Fust is quite expensive, but offer solutions.

Media markt in Meyrin might be better priced... also Jumbo or Hornbach have the tap/faucet connectors...

Thanks, everyone for the info!

I went to Fust yesterday and they seem pretty expensive...

I think I'll try going to Media markt.  Please let me know if there's any brand you recommend for a compact washing machine.

Candy and Fust are the only two I found.  They were both the exact same unit but with different company logos.  I think they were both 800CHF and they never go on sale.

Fust has a version with a 1000rpm spin for 200CHF more.  I wouldn't bother.  The 800rpm model already tries to launch itself into orbit during the spin cycle.
