depends on the drug but usually much much lower. worth giving it a try.

Is it possible for a Swiss doctor's prescription to be dispensed in France. If so, then probably much cheaper in France.

Prescription drugs are indeed much cheaper in France but check first with your insurance provider whether your claim for reimbursement will be accepted.
