I have lived in Geneva for many years and during this time I had to sometimes go to one of govermental offices. Couple of times,I met with an extraordinary professional client service e.g. services for independent at Hotel de Finance or d'OCAS. Otherwise, couple of times it was unfortunately opposite, like I had a feeling that I annoy them with my questions and dare to take their time.
What do you do if you have problems with governmental offices and someone treats you, kindly saying, not in a professional way?
