Hello all,

anyone else having problems with UPC Cablecom?  If so, what action have you taken?

We lost all TV coverage last night and it has not been restored yet.  We managed to get through to a human being on the phone after pressing many numbers and a long wait and were told there is a general "panne" in Eaux Vives and a technician would call us once restored which has not happened.
