absolutely not. i'm sure companies can wait for their work to be done at a later date whilst their employees fly off into a rage at someone they don't know for something they didn't know about 5 minutes ago that wouldn't otherwise bother them anyway on the internet to people they don't know. I think it should be included in their companies' bonus schemes really. Especially people who post jokes. They should get medals at the very least if not a yearly parade in their honour.

Looking good Thomas!
You should beware of posting such kinds of posts O' Rich. You may cause a rupture in the space-time continuum and at the very least you may cause us all great confusion as we try to ponder this supposed paradoxical anomaly. I would suspect that the probability for such events to occur is especially dangerous on Fridays.

Good point David. That now gives me the chance to go on Wiki and read about the space time continuum, etc, etc. As for exercising my right to post, I believe it was Noam Chomsky who said,
"If we don't believe in freedom of expression for people we despise, we don't believe in it at all."
(You can tell it must be very, very important because I've posted in in a different colour). Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to spend the next three hours looking for loads of Guardian and Huffington Post articles to download and shamelessly plagarize as my own!

What's Indiana Jones son been up to this time? Anyway, I believe it was him who said,
"Copying isn't particularly creative work. Being inspired by someone else's idea to produce something new and different IS creative work."

Anyway Dhamari, you know I'll always find time to be obnoxious to you!

posting on here IS work
tbh I used to spend most of a 7 hour work day (this was in England) just surfing the BBC site , replying to comments on political/news forums and generally looking at trivia...occasionally I would manage to spare 2 hours to do some work...I wish I was trolling but I am not...that golden age of slackerness has passed
nowadays employers expect you to not only work your full time there but to actually enjoy it

and if it doesnt invole elephants then it is irelephant ....

Hahaha. Nice one! Was done just at the tail end of my lunch. However, I think I prefer Charlie's timing; waiting until 17.43 to give the impression he's just logged on after taking a couple of minutes out at the end of a hard day to see what the latest is on Glocals.
By the way, I wasn't trolling - unless the defiinition of trolling is now asking a question which makes some people feel very uncomfortable. I was just curious as I've heard a few people I know banging on about how incredibly busy they are and don't have a moment to themselves and yet you see them posting on this all the time. Ho hum.
