There's no 'employment insurance', but there is Legal Insurance which will help you with legal advice and costs if you get into any legal dispute with your employer, your neighbor, or anyone else. You can see more about it on this Legal Insurance in Switzerland Guide.
I'd recommend you contact the glocals rep at Allianz for more details and a price quote.

Yes, I hope so too. But after seeing the post about problems with an employer I decided it's better not to risk, taking into account the legal costs here.
