I also live in Petite Saconnex, welcome to the neighborhood! I can suggest you the providers I use (or that my friends use), although some of them are not around Saconnex. Also check out www.BuyClub.ch, where we often feature great service providers at 50% off.

Here's what I'd suggest:

Facial: After the Rain spa. Expensive, but great. And you don't want to put your facial skin in the hands of someone risky.

Eyebrow threading: Armony 5 Sens spa (one of the only in Geneva who does this)

Dry cleaners: 5-a-sec at the shopping center La Tourelle, in Petite Sac.

Haircut: 19th Avenue hair salon in the airport (open 7/7)

Tailor: don't know.

Gym: Holmes Place in center town.

I also live in Petit Saconnex. For the gym I would recommend either: 1.Topform Fitness at  Starling Hotel near Palexpo. They are open weekdays from 0600 to 2200hours and wee3kends from 0700 to 2100hours. More information   can be found here:

Have found a great hairdressers in Eaux Vives. Its called le 23eme Lieu and is great. Theres a guy called Roman who is brilliant at cutting hair. They have had a few offers on buyclub so keep an eye out. Salon is gorgeous and they are good fun. Definitely try it out.
