Recommendations for a practicing french attorney ?

Hello,

I'm in the case of more than 300 victims of fraudulent commercial offer by the Groupe Solaire de France in association with Solfea bank and I'm now involved in a legal dispute against the latter two. I signed a contract in 2013 for the installation of solar pannels on our house, with the loan of materials costing 23 000 euros ammortized over 131 months, to be payed by the energy produced by the panels. However, the company never finnished the installation and went bankrupt. Meanwhile, the bank began to charge me 271 euros monthly (2710 euros in all to date): the actual cost of the loan not being subsidized by the solar energy production. I was able to block the payments being taken from my account when the company started legal liquidation, but now the bank is coming after me as well even though it shouldn't take money on behalf of a closed company.

It is primordial that I find an attorney willing to represent me as soon as possible as I sue the Groupe Solaire de France, demanding resiliation from the contract and require the reimbursment of all sums from the Solfea bank. Please, if you know someone that works as a french lawyer, or could have helpful contacts let me know. My email is[email protected]

Thank you!
Cathy
