My monitor has come to the end of its working life but I need to replace quickly it so I can continue working...
Up until now I've gone with Dell material as I know of its quality. However, the quickest I can get a replacement Dell screen is sometime next week.
I know I can pick up a monitor in a local store.
Are there any particular brands I should go for or avoid?

well a lot depends on
-what do you need it for
-how much you are gonna pay.
the best are apple led cinema display... ;-) but they will cost you a fortune... ona acheapskate side I would suggest you a samsung.

I'll be using it for my day-to-day work and surfing on the web so am looking for something simple and reasonably priced so will check out the Samsung options. Thanks! :)
